Yesterday........ In the morning......i wake up around 11 a.m hahax so tired sia tat day..... nvr go exercises also.....than go cyber cafe to meet my friend over there...and we played the game called "Cs"....than go cycle wth Nzi to west coast for fun.....and went back home aroung 6.30p.m.......than take a shower before going to the TKO...at TKO i was so happy CZ i pass my grading and get a green belt =)....my pattern and sparring i get B.....than Today wake up around 6.30 and the morning than warm up and than go jogging at the kennel near my hm and than went back home to onli msn.....than after tat going for window shopping with my friend....and will be back hm very late.....
